Trade shows on Long Island

A better brief starts with the show floor.

A clear brief helps us discuss your idea, the practical requirements and the scope that would need confirmation.

Check exhibitor rules

Ask your organizer about demonstrations, equipment, noise and visitor circulation. Include any requirements that apply to your proposed robot concept.

Share the footprint

Send booth dimensions or a floor plan, along with the location of displays, furniture and aisles. A robot idea needs to fit your actual space.

Coordinate the logistics

Include load-in times, entry routes, elevator access and your on-site contact. Any demonstration, interaction or branding scope must be discussed and confirmed separately.

From idea to inquiry

A clear plan.
No guesswork.

Good events start with a conversation. Here is what happens when you get in touch about the R1 EDU.

01

Send your date and venue.

Tell Edmund your occasion, preferred date, town, venue or shortlist, and guest estimate. If the date is flexible, let us know.

02

Get your event quote.

We’ll review your setting, event goals, proposed activities and setup requirements, then discuss the plan and pricing with you.

03

Confirm your booking.

Agree the event date, venue requirements, activities and quote with Edmund. Your booking is confirmed separately; sending the inquiry form does not reserve Ted.

EZ Robot Rentals has the Unitree R1 EDU. Event suitability, activities, pricing and rental dates are confirmed individually.

Local plans. New possibilities.

Long Island is where it starts.

We are taking event inquiries across Nassau County, Suffolk County and the Hamptons. Share your town and venue so we can discuss your plans. Coverage and dates are confirmed individually.

Before you inquire

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can I rent Ted now?

Yes. Ted is our Unitree R1 EDU humanoid robot, and he is in stock. EZ Robot Rentals is taking rental bookings for parties, corporate events, brand activations and marketing events on Long Island and in NYC. Share your date and venue so Edmund can confirm availability, suitable activities and your quote.

How do I book Ted?

Start with the event form or call Edmund. Send your date, venue, occasion and guest estimate. We’ll review the setting, activities, arrangements and pricing with you. Your booking is confirmed separately; submitting the form is a request for your date and quote, not a confirmed reservation.

What can the robot do at my event?

Tell us the experience you have in mind. Specific robot activities and event arrangements will be discussed and confirmed individually. We do not promise particular performances, interactions or demonstrations before that review.

Can the robot move around our booth or the show floor?

Do not assume roaming or a particular demonstration is available. Tell us the activity you have in mind so we can review feasibility, organizer requirements and the event setting before confirming scope.

How much will a rental cost?

Pricing is confirmed individually. Share your event date, location and idea so the team can discuss your inquiry.

What details should I send?

Start with your town or venue, preferred date, event type and approximate guest count. If you have a layout, access requirements or a specific idea, include those details too.

Taking event inquiries

Let’s talk about your Long Island event.

Share your preferred date, venue and the idea you have in mind. Our inquiry form opens the conversation; it does not reserve or confirm a rental.
