This policy explains how EZ Party Rentals LLC, operating the EZ Robot Rentals website, handles information from adult event inquiries at ezrobotrentals.com.
Information you provide
Our event inquiry form asks for an adult organizer’s name and email address, with an optional phone number. It also asks for the event type, preferred date or flexible-date choice, town or city and estimated guest range. You may choose to add a venue, event interests and notes about your plans. The earlier inquiry form may request your name, phone number, event location and requested date. We also receive information you share when you contact us and your messaging choices. Please provide an adult organizer's details and only information needed to discuss the event. Do not include payment-card details, government identification, or children's personal information.
How inquiry information is used
We use these details to respond to your request, discuss event suitability and availability, keep track of the conversation, and honor communication preferences. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a robot or confirm a booking.
Website and form services
Our website and customer records use HighLevel/LeadConnector services. The new event inquiry form and its secure connection are hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare. Submitted inquiry details are sent to our EZ Robot Rentals account in HighLevel so we can respond. The form service keeps limited technical records, such as a request reference, delivery state and hashed security checks, to help prevent spam and duplicate inquiries; it does not keep a separate copy of the full event or contact details in that technical record store. Hosting, form, messaging, address-lookup and security providers may process information needed to operate those services, such as submitted fields, delivery records, IP address, browser details, and security or cookie identifiers. Browser settings can restrict cookies; doing so may affect forms or security checks. External websites you choose to open have their own policies.
Sharing and SMS privacy
Information may be processed by service providers supporting our website, customer inquiries and communications, or disclosed when required by law or to protect the service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Messaging opt-in records and consent are reserved for the messaging service you request. Providers supporting message delivery or customer service may process those records for that purpose, rather than for their own advertising.
Your communication choices
The form's SMS checkbox is optional. Providing a phone number alone does not select SMS consent. If you choose text updates, they concern the services you request; frequency varies and message/data charges may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Data security
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to help protect inquiry information, including secure website connections, account access controls and checks to reduce spam and duplicate requests. Integration credentials are kept on the form server rather than in public website code. No online service, transmission or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please do not send sensitive information through the inquiry form.
Records and privacy requests
We retain inquiry and communication records as reasonably needed to respond, document consent and preferences, protect the service, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to review, correct or delete information you provided. We may need to verify the request and retain information that is needed for legal obligations or to honor an opt-out. No online service can guarantee complete security.
