These terms apply to the EZ Robot Rentals website and event-inquiry process operated by EZ Party Rentals LLC on Long Island, New York.
Event inquiries and reservations
EZ Robot Rentals has the Unitree R1 EDU. Website information helps you explore event ideas and contact us. Submitting a form, calling or sending a text starts an inquiry; it does not reserve equipment or confirm event availability. We are not taking payment through this inquiry form.
Before any future booking
Event suitability, the actual experience, equipment configuration, supervision, availability and price must be discussed and confirmed separately. Any future booking requires a separate agreement. Payment, deposit, cancellation and event requirements will be supplied before you commit. These website terms do not establish those rental conditions.
Age requirement and adult contact details
You must be at least 18 years old to submit an event inquiry or enroll in EZ Robot Rentals inquiry SMS updates. This requirement applies to the inquiry and messaging program. Use an adult organizer's contact details and information you are authorized to provide. Keep inquiries lawful and relevant to event planning. Do not submit another person's private information without permission, interfere with the website, or send harmful files or misleading requests. Please keep children's personal details out of the form.
SMS inquiry updates
If you select the optional SMS consent checkbox, EZ Party Rentals LLC / EZ Robot Rentals may send transactional texts about the services you request, such as responses, scheduling updates or confirmations if a service is later agreed. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not required to make an inquiry or purchase a service.
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help, or call (516) 643-0427. You can also contact the existing text line at (516) 226-2316. Delivery depends on your carrier and messaging services; messages can be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Website content and reference imagery
Website descriptions can change as the service develops. Manufacturer imagery is shown as a product reference, rather than evidence of a completed EZ Robot rental or a promise of your event's configuration. Product and brand names belong to their respective owners. Do not assume a pictured robot will perform a particular activity without our separate confirmation.
External services and privacy
The website may link to manufacturer information and other EZ businesses. Those destinations and their services have their own terms. Our custom event inquiry form is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare and sends submitted inquiry details to our EZ Robot Rentals account in HighLevel so we can respond.
