An invitation-only preview
Give us the proposed arrival time, welcome remarks and reveal. Ask about a defined Ted demonstration window, then leave space for your own team to introduce the business.
Store openings & showroom launches · Long Island
A new location. A very different guest.
Make your opening feel like an occasion. EZ Robot Rentals brings and operates Ted, our Unitree R1 EDU humanoid robot, for an individually planned event appearance. Opening a Long Island store, revealing a showroom or celebrating a new chapter for your business? Tell Edmund the idea, date and location. Let’s explore a robot moment that belongs in your launch.
Ted is here. The event date, venue suitability, activities, arrangements and quote are confirmed individually. An inquiry does not reserve Ted.

Start with the kind of opening
The way guests arrive changes the plan. Choose the description closest to your day; no polished production brief needed.
Give us the proposed arrival time, welcome remarks and reveal. Ask about a defined Ted demonstration window, then leave space for your own team to introduce the business.
Tell us when customers are expected and when your normal trading needs to continue. A proposed appearance has an agreed window; do not advertise all-day robot availability before confirmation.
Explain which part of the business you want guests to discover. Keep the robot idea alongside your products and people, with a named host to make the connection.
Your opening-day route card
Sketch these four stops on your floor plan. They are planning prompts, not a promised robot performance or a fixed setup.
Your host welcomes visitors and explains what is happening. Mark the entrance and the route customers normally use. Keep the proposed event area separate from check-in, sales queues and ordinary shopping.
Your note: Guests arrive through [entrance]. Our welcome host is [role]. The normal customer route is [route].
Show Edmund the proposed viewing area, nearby displays and how guests move past it. Ask which operated activities can be considered. The venue and robot arrangements must be reviewed before you announce the experience.
Your note: We propose [area and time window]. These access, landlord or venue questions need review: [questions].
Choose the person who brings attention back to your launch, display or product. Ted does not replace a sales associate, check-in team or campaign spokesperson. Any proposed branding, scripted message or filming arrangement needs separate discussion.
Your note: After the proposed robot moment, [our host] introduces [our business story or display].
Your team might invite visitors to see a display, speak with an associate or use your own campaign link. Decide who handles that invitation. Keep any customer details in your business’s own approved process.
Your note: Our business’s next step is [one action]. [Our team member] handles it.
Make the advertising match the event
Before scheduling a post, printing an invitation or promoting a robot appearance, confirm the date, agreed activities and appearance window with Edmund. Share any proposed use of Ted in your campaign visuals or filmed content for review. Manufacturer reference footage shows the model; it does not define what is included at your opening.
A useful result is yours to define. Your team can separately record event attendance, product conversations or visits to its own campaign page. A robot appearance does not guarantee foot traffic, social reach, leads or sales.
Your Long Island location matters
A Nassau retail opening and a western Suffolk showroom launch each need their own practical plan. Send the exact venue or shortlist, proposed area, access route and the person coordinating the property’s requirements. We also welcome inquiries for Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens; suitability is reviewed individually.
Opening-day questions
Yes. Share your date, store or showroom address, expected audience and proposed event window. EZ Robot Rentals brings and operates Ted; Edmund confirms the date, setting, activities and quote individually.
Describe the exact location and include the property’s requirements. Indoor, outdoor, shared-area and entrance arrangements need review. A shop address or permission to hold an event does not by itself confirm suitability for the robot.
Send the idea first. Branding, messaging, physical additions and filming arrangements are not automatic inclusions. Do not publish a specific claim until it has been reviewed and agreed with Edmund.
No such inclusion should be assumed. Your own team handles customer conversations, purchases and any approved collection of customer details. We discuss the robot’s agreed demonstration and event arrangements with you.
Yes. Explain which dates are possible and which details remain open. Your inquiry begins the planning conversation; it does not hold a date or confirm a booking.
Give your launch its own character
Tell Edmund your opening date or flexibility, exact location, audience and what you want guests to discover. We’ll discuss the operated robot appearance and quote with you. Avoid sending customer records or confidential campaign material through the public form.
