Little learners. Big curiosity.

“A real robot is coming to our school!”

Preschool and daycare robot demonstrations on Long Island

Make room for an unusual visitor: Ted, our Unitree R1 EDU humanoid robot. EZ Robot Rentals brings and operates Ted for educational demonstrations planned with preschool and daycare educators. Keep the introduction simple, let children notice and ask questions, and give teachers a new idea to carry into drawing, stories and play afterward.

A first look at robots, at your group’s pace.

For young children, a new experience begins with familiar words. Teachers might introduce a robot as a machine made by people, invite children to describe its shape and talk about how it differs from a person or a toy. We agree the demonstration with your team; your educators guide the group and decide which questions and follow-up fit their learners.

See. Ask. Imagine.

Notice. Name. Imagine.

01

Notice something new

From the agreed viewing area, invite children to look at Ted and share one thing they notice. There is room for excitement, quiet observation and different responses.

02

Find the words together

Use simple descriptions such as arms, legs, machine, person and robot. Teachers can model a question and help children describe what they actually saw.

03

Imagine after the visit

Back in class, draw a pretend robot or build one from familiar classroom materials. Ask: “What would your robot help with?” The follow-up belongs to your everyday teaching and play.

A thoughtful visit starts with your educators

Your children’s needs

Tell us the age range, approximate group size and how your group usually responds to new experiences.

Your daily rhythm

Share your preferred time, transitions and room plan so we can discuss a visit that fits your schedule.

Your staff stay involved

Our team operates Ted. Your educators stay with the children and guide their participation from the agreed viewing area.

Operator-led. Planned with you.

We handle the robot. You know your learners.

Start with a conversation about your preschool or daycare, not a fixed show. Our team brings Ted, operates the demonstration and agrees the viewing area with your school. Educators remain with their group. We discuss the children’s age range, access needs, supervision, space and planned activities before confirming suitability, a date and a quote.

Nassau County · Suffolk County

Preschool and daycare visit inquiries across Long Island

Directors and educators in Nassau and Suffolk can request a Ted demonstration at their own site. Share the actual town, arrival access and room you have in mind. The plan for a preschool classroom may differ from a daycare’s shared activity room; we work through those details with your adult organizer.

Before your visit

Good questions.
Clear plans.

Can Ted visit our Long Island preschool or daycare?

We welcome educational demonstration inquiries from preschools and daycares. Tell us the children’s age range and your setting. Your educators and our team discuss an appropriate format before a visit is confirmed.

Will children touch or operate the robot?

Our team operates Ted and agrees a viewing area with your educators. The educational visit is an observed demonstration, with teacher-led questions and follow-up rather than child robot operation or touching.

What about children who prefer to watch quietly?

Tell us how your group participates and any access needs your team wants to discuss. Educators remain with the group and plan participation with us in advance. Share group needs rather than individual children’s private details in the inquiry form.

How do we ask about a visit?

Put “Preschool/daycare robot visit” in the form notes, then add the center’s name, town, age range, approximate group size, preferred date and educational focus. Use an adult organizer’s contact details. We confirm the plan and quote individually.

Let curiosity have a special visitor.

Tell us about your learners and the day you have in mind. Let’s explore a visit from Ted together.
