College humanoid robot demonstrations on Long Island
Take the discussion beyond a product video. EZ Robot Rentals brings and operates Ted, our Unitree R1 EDU humanoid robot, for college and campus demonstrations on Long Island. Plan a faculty-hosted visit, robotics-club event, open house or cross-disciplinary discussion around a physical example of humanoid technology.

A visit for your group
A campus demonstration can open questions across engineering, computing, design and the social impact of technology. What does a human-shaped machine make people expect? Which claims can a short demonstration establish, and which would require controlled testing? Use Ted as a tangible starting point for a discussion led by your faculty or student group.
See. Ask. Imagine.
Choose your audience and purpose: an introductory class discussion, club demonstration, campus showcase or exploration of human–robot expectations. Send the question you want the session to open.
Our team operates the activities agreed in advance. Ask participants to distinguish what they directly observed from assumptions about autonomy, intelligence or performance.
Invite a faculty-led conversation about design trade-offs, responsible use or how a future evaluation might be structured. A demonstration is a starting point for inquiry, rather than a research result.
Give us the course level, subject focus and format you have in mind. We can discuss an operated demonstration that introduces the conversation.
Plan a robotics-club visit, open house or technology event with a clear audience, venue and timetable.
Describe the project separately. A demonstration booking does not include development access, software changes, data collection or experimental use.
Operator-led. Planned with you.
Send the institution, department or group, preferred date, campus venue, audience size and academic goals. Our team brings Ted, operates the demonstration and agrees the viewing area with your institution. We confirm the scope, venue requirements and quote before booking. If a project needs research access or technical work beyond a demonstration, describe that separately for review; it is not part of the standard visit.

Planning on a Nassau County or Suffolk County campus? Share the actual venue and arrival route, whether the audience is one class or several groups, and how the demonstration fits the event schedule. We plan the visit around your institution’s setting and requirements.
Before your visit
We offer campus demonstration inquiries with Ted, our Unitree R1 EDU. Our team transports and operates the robot for an agreed visit. Send your audience, venue, educational goals and date options to discuss the plan.
No. The standard offer is an operated demonstration. It does not include SDK access, student programming, hardware modification, a loan of the robot or research-data collection. Describe a proposed research use separately so its feasibility and scope can be reviewed.
Yes. Tell us the course context and the questions you want to explore. Faculty lead their teaching and discussion; together we agree the demonstration activities and session focus.
Add “College robot demonstration,” the institution, department or group, course level, adult organizer, campus town, date options, venue and goals. Share a general project brief rather than confidential research or student information.
Give your campus a physical starting point for its next robotics conversation. Send your demonstration brief to EZ Robot Rentals.
