What are you actually renting?
A real humanoid robot on the guest list? That is the idea. EZ Robot Rentals has the Unitree R1 EDU and takes event inquiries for Long Island, Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Start by understanding the robot, then explore how it could fit your celebration.
Is it a real robot or a person in a costume?
Our Unitree R1 EDU is a physical humanoid robot, rather than a person wearing a robot costume. Unitree lists the R1 in its humanoid range on the official R1 product page. The image on this page is a manufacturer reference; ask Edmund about the actual robot and the event plan you are considering.
What does “humanoid” mean?
It describes a humanlike form, with a torso, arms and legs. The shape is easy to recognize; the activities are a separate part of your rental discussion. A manufacturer video can spark an idea, but it is not a list of performances included with your event.
What should your robot-rental quote explain?
Ask which activities are proposed, how the robot will be operated, what space and access are needed, and which date and time window are being quoted. Confirm the total price and any payment or cancellation terms before making arrangements. There is no need to arrive with a finished plan: your occasion, date, town, venue or shortlist and guest estimate are enough to start.
For a birthday, mitzvah or anniversary, explore robot rentals for private parties. Planning a reception, company celebration or launch? Start with corporate robot-rental planning. If you are imagining a memorable picture, the party photo and guest-flow guide helps you describe the moment.
Ready to explore your idea? Tell Edmund about your event. Dates, venue suitability, activities and pricing are confirmed individually. An inquiry does not reserve a rental.
Choose the feeling before choosing the moment
Would you like a futuristic theme, an unexpected detail at a milestone party, or a technology idea that connects to your company’s story? Put that into one sentence. You might write, “We want our anniversary celebration to feel playful and a little unexpected.” That is a better starting brief than a collection of unrelated robot videos.
Next, think about the occasion. A private-party inquiry starts with the people celebrating. A corporate-event inquiry starts with the audience and purpose. Neither needs a finished creative concept before you get in touch.
Give the idea a real place in the event
A memorable addition should have room in the running order. Start with arrivals, food, speeches and the main celebration. Identify a possible window to discuss, rather than assuming the robot should be part of every moment. Keep the guest of honor or event message at the center.
Then describe the venue itself. Include the proposed area, the route into it, any steps or thresholds you know about, and the person who can answer venue questions. A town name helps locate an inquiry, but a room sketch and a clear contact make it much more useful.
A short inquiry beats a complicated wish list
Start with four details: your occasion, preferred date or flexibility, town and venue or shortlist. Add an approximate guest count and the idea you are exploring. If you are still deciding between locations, say so. The Nassau and western Suffolk planning guide can help you find a relevant local starting point.
The existing inquiry form begins a conversation. It does not collect a payment or reserve the robot. The team discusses the actual venue, proposed activities, date and pricing individually before a booking is confirmed. Clear questions now help you build a party plan you can confidently discuss with the rest of your suppliers.
Questions before you inquire
Can I ask about a robot before my venue is final?
Yes. Share the town, your shortlist and any date flexibility. A useful first conversation can begin while you are still comparing locations; suitability and arrangements need individual confirmation.
Will my event include everything shown in a manufacturer video?
Do not assume that. Share the concept you like, and ask the team what can be considered for your actual event. Manufacturer demonstrations are reference material, not a rental package.
How do I start a Long Island robot-rental inquiry?
Use the event inquiry link below and tell us the occasion, date, town and venue. Add your guest estimate and the moment you have in mind, even if it is still an early idea.
