Choose the purpose of your showroom event.

A new-model introduction, showroom opening and evening for invited customers need different plans. Start with the reason guests are coming and the part of the event in which you would like to explore a Ted appearance.

Tell Edmund whether the organizer is the dealership, a dealer group or its event agency. Identify the dealership manager who can approve the plan and the event lead who will coordinate it. Vehicle-brand involvement or approval should come from your own confirmed arrangements.

Map the guest route around the vehicle display.

Show the proposed check-in point, display vehicles, presentation area and space for guests. Include the route your own staff will use between those areas. A showroom that remains open to normal business needs that activity included in the plan too.

Ask the dealership’s operations contact to explain supplier access, arrival arrangements and any vehicle movements planned before or during the event. Share the actual layout with Edmund so the proposed Ted appearance can be reviewed alongside the showroom program.

Choose the dealership occasion.

Start with your dealership’s occasion, audience and event lead, then discuss a proposed appearance with Edmund.

New-model introduction

Keep the vehicle story and presentation under your own product specialists. Describe the welcome, proposed Ted moment and the next dealership-hosted part of the evening.

Showroom opening or refresh

Start with the customer route, normal showroom operations and the people responsible for the event. Share the proposed event area rather than assuming the entire showroom is available.

Invited customer evening

Define who is invited, how they arrive and which dealership staff will host the conversations. Discuss a focused Ted appearance within that program.

Keep the vehicle introduction with your specialists.

Your presenter sets the context for the model or dealership story, and your own team handles vehicle details, demonstrations and customer questions. Describe where Ted’s proposed appearance would sit in that running order.

Decide who welcomes guests after the presentation and who introduces them to the appropriate dealership representative. Any sales conversation, test-drive arrangement or contact collection remains with your dealership and its own procedures. The robot appearance has its own individually confirmed scope.

Give your marketing team an accurate event brief.

Agree which vehicle, showroom and guest moments your team wants to photograph or film. Confirm the dealership’s own brand approvals and guest-permission process, then discuss proposed coverage involving Ted with Edmund.

Use your approved vehicle and event information in invitations and promotional material. Give the relevant dealership or brand contact the planned copy, signage and photography brief for its review. Confirm the Ted appearance before advertising it as part of a booked event.

Send a useful dealership inquiry.

Include the proposed date or options, dealership address, event purpose, estimated guest number and appearance window. Explain whether the event is invite-only or open to the public and who is coordinating the showroom.

Add the venue’s supplier-review questions and the contact responsible for access and event decisions. Edmund can then discuss the proposed Ted appearance with the right people before confirming the date, venue suitability, activities and final quote.

Your event questions, answered.

Can a dealership group or agency plan the event with Edmund?

Yes. Share the dealership location, event purpose and the people responsible for the venue and final decision. Keep one event lead available to coordinate the scope.

Which brand approvals should our team organize?

Ask your dealership or brand marketing contact about the proposed invitation copy, signage, photography and vehicle information. Share relevant event requirements with Edmund before finalizing the Ted appearance.

Can Ted’s role be confirmed from the website alone?

No. Describe the appearance you would like to explore. Edmund reviews the date, showroom suitability, activities and quote individually with the event lead.

Who handles vehicle presentations and customer follow-up?

Your dealership team handles vehicle information, presentations, sales conversations and customer follow-up under its own procedures. EZ Robot Rentals brings and operates Ted within the agreed appearance scope.

Is an inquiry a confirmed booking?

No. An inquiry starts the discussion. Follow the agreed booking steps after Edmund confirms the event details and quote.

Choose the guide that fits your event.
