Corporate technology days · Long Island + NYC

Give your technology day a real robot to talk about.

Meet Ted. Bring the questions.

Make your next corporate tech day feel a little more future-facing. EZ Robot Rentals brings and operates Ted, our Unitree R1 EDU humanoid robot, for an agreed demonstration. Planning an employee innovation day, a technology showcase or a company learning event? Tell Edmund your audience, date and venue on Long Island or in Manhattan, Brooklyn or Queens.

Ted is here. Date, venue suitability, demonstration activities and quote are confirmed individually. An inquiry does not reserve your event.

More than a talking point

Make curiosity part of the program.

Start with what your colleagues are exploring. Then give the demonstration a clear place in the day.

An employee innovation day

Bring a real example into a day about future ideas. Your host can connect the agreed demonstration to a wider discussion about people, design or technology at work.

A company technology showcase

Put the proposed Ted moment on the same plan as your speakers and displays. Identify who introduces it, where attendees watch and what follows.

A learning or leadership event

Give your team a shared observation to discuss. You choose the business question; we review the robot demonstration. No technical training, certification or learning result is implied.

The technology-day decision card

One brief your whole event team can use.

Use these four decisions in your own event plan. Keep a proposed idea separate from an agreed arrangement.

  1. 01 / PURPOSE

Choose one question worth taking back to work.

What do you want colleagues to think about afterward? “What did we observe, and what would we need to test?” gives your host a clearer focus than simply announcing an AI attraction.

Your note: Our audience is [teams or roles]. The question we want to explore is [one question].

  2. 02 / FORMAT

Connect the demonstration to a human-led discussion.

Suggest a place in the program, the proposed viewing area and who will guide the conversation. Ask Edmund which demonstration activities can be considered for that setting. A scheduled demonstration is different from a hands-on coding workshop or continuous roaming.

Your note: Our proposed slot is [window]. The company host is [adult coordinator]. These activities need review: [ideas].

  3. 03 / APPROVALS

Give every open decision an owner.

Name the people handling the venue, procurement and event communications. Share required supplier documents, review deadlines and any filming or brand-use questions early. Ask what can be provided; no particular document or customization is promised before review.

Your note: The unresolved item is [question]. [Role or adult contact] can approve it by [deadline].

  4. 04 / DEBRIEF

Separate what people saw from what they assumed.

After the agreed demonstration, your host can ask: What did we actually observe? What remains a question? Where might a similar idea be useful? These are optional discussion prompts, not a claim that Ted performs a particular workplace task.

Your note: Our host will collect [nonpersonal discussion notes or feedback]. We will not treat attendance as proof of a learning or business outcome.

For event teams and larger organizations

A big organization still needs one clear contact.

An internal team, event agency or workplace coordinator can send the inquiry. Bring the right people into the review before announcing the robot arrangements.

Your program lead

Shares the purpose, expected audience and running order. Identifies the person who introduces the demonstration and leads the follow-up conversation.

Your venue or workplace team

Provides the exact address, proposed area, arrival route and supplier rules. Flags known access or attendee arrangements for the event team to review.

Your procurement and communications contacts

Share onboarding requirements and approval deadlines. Keep public event descriptions limited to the activities and arrangements actually confirmed.

Need a specific supplier document, production arrangement or internal review? Include it in your first message so it can be discussed before a quote is agreed.

Long Island to New York City

Send the actual workplace, not just the company name.

A Melville office event, a Garden City meeting space or a Manhattan company gathering each starts with its own address, room and schedule. We welcome inquiries across Nassau and Suffolk County, Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Location suitability and the event date are reviewed individually.

Before you inquire

Tech-day questions.
Clear answers.

Can Ted visit our corporate technology or innovation day?

Yes, you can inquire about an operated Ted demonstration for your company event. Send the proposed date, workplace or venue, audience and program goal. Edmund confirms suitability, the demonstration activities, arrangements and quote individually.

Can a large company or its event agency send the request?

Yes. Identify the company host and main adult coordinator, along with procurement, venue or communications requirements that need review. This is an inquiry route for your proposed event, not a statement that a company has endorsed or previously booked us.

Is this a coding workshop, robotics course or research hire?

The offering here is a robot demonstration brought and operated by EZ Robot Rentals. Do not assume hands-on participant operation, programming access, SDK access, research equipment hire or a certified course. Describe your objective so we can discuss whether the demonstration fits.

Can we advertise particular robot actions or brand customization?

Share the idea with Edmund first. Activities, messaging, customization and filming arrangements need review and explicit confirmation. Manufacturer footage is reference material, not a list of activities included with your event.

What should our first technology-day inquiry include?

Your preferred date or flexibility, exact venue, audience estimate, event purpose and proposed program slot. Add the main coordinator and any venue or supplier-approval questions. Avoid sending confidential company information or attendee records through the public form.

Does the form reserve Ted or give us a final price?

No. It starts a date-and-quote conversation. The date, venue suitability, demonstration activities, arrangements, pricing and any booking terms are confirmed separately with Edmund.

Your next company event

Bring your technology-day idea. We’ll bring Ted.

Share the audience, date and venue with Edmund. EZ Robot Rentals is operated by EZ Party Rentals LLC. We’ll discuss your proposed demonstration and quote; an inquiry does not reserve Ted.
