ROBOT RENTALSLONG ISLAND · MEET TED

Babylon · The venue is part of the plan

A Babylon event with a new guest and a clear plan.

Introduce Ted, our Unitree R1 EDU humanoid robot, within a program that belongs to your guests. A family milestone, company celebration or school observation visit starts with a different purpose. Tell Edmund what you are planning and where, then discuss the proposed appearance.

EZ Robot Rentals brings and operates Ted. Edmund reviews your date, venue suitability, proposed activities and quote individually. An inquiry is not a booking.

A Town park and a village park are different planning routes.

The Town of Babylon's parks information distinguishes Town-maintained parks from parks managed by the incorporated villages of Amityville, Babylon and Lindenhurst. Identify the exact property and responsible operator before treating a broad Babylon location as enough information.

Ask the operator whether your proposed activity, supplier access and event area can be considered, and which reservation or event review route applies. Reserving an area and obtaining permission for a particular activity are separate questions. An inquiry with EZ Robot Rentals settles neither.

Choose the part of the celebration that needs a focal point.

For a birthday, mitzvah or other family occasion, show where the proposed appearance sits in the running order. A welcome, a shared observation moment and the transition to the next activity each ask something different of the host. Keep the rest of the celebration in view.

For a company gathering, name the colleague or event producer who introduces Ted and takes the program forward. If guests arrive in waves, describe the arrival pattern rather than assuming one introduction will serve everyone. Specific activities and the appearance format are reviewed individually.

Send a site brief, not just a town name.

Share the exact venue, proposed event area, supplier entrance, adult organizer and date options. Include what the venue has actually said about use of the space and any paperwork. If the plan is outdoors, describe the alternative your venue can offer; do not assume a particular surface or weather condition is suitable for Ted.

For schools and camps, add the age range, group sizes and adult-led observation goal. The event inquiry can then address the program and the location together, with suitability, activities and quote individually confirmed.

Babylon venue and host questions

Does Babylon mean the Town or the Village?

It can describe different places. Send the exact venue and identify the property operator; the Town and incorporated villages have distinct responsibilities.

Can a park reservation confirm a Ted appearance?

No. The operator must address the proposed event use, and Edmund must separately review the robot appearance. Neither is confirmed by submitting the other inquiry.

Can we ask about a private birthday or mitzvah?

Yes. Describe the occasion, audience, date, venue and where the proposed appearance fits in your celebration. The plan is reviewed individually.

What should we include for an outdoor idea?

Share the proposed area and the venue's alternative plan, along with access and operator requirements. Outdoor suitability, surface and weather arrangements must be reviewed; do not assume approval.

Make the first conversation specific.

Send Edmund your Babylon venue, date options and event purpose. Include the responsible host and the part of the program you have in mind. Suitability, activities, availability and quote are individually confirmed.
