North Hempstead · A practical plan for Ted

Make your North Hempstead gathering a conversation starter.

A client reception needs a different introduction from a school visit or family party. Ted is our Unitree R1 EDU humanoid robot, brought and operated by EZ Robot Rentals. Tell Edmund who is coming, why you are gathering and which moment needs a fresh focal point.

EZ Robot Rentals brings and operates Ted. Edmund reviews your date, venue suitability, proposed activities and quote individually. An inquiry is not a booking.

Choose the room, then identify who can approve it.

North Hempstead includes incorporated villages as well as unincorporated communities. A familiar locality name is useful for finding the venue, but the property owner, village and Town can have different roles. Start with the exact address and the person who can answer supplier-access and event-use questions.

The Town's special-event code distinguishes incorporated villages and Town property from other situations. Ask the responsible operator which review route applies to your proposed event rather than assuming one Town form covers every location. This is a planning step, not a permit determination.

Let a human host turn the introduction into a useful conversation.

For a company reception, showroom gathering or agency event, choose what happens immediately after Ted's introduction. Your product specialist may lead a demonstration, an executive may welcome guests, or the host may introduce colleagues. Keep that human handoff in the brief so the event has a purpose beyond a photo.

If the venue is still on a shortlist, compare the proposed appearance area and supplier route. Ask about the approved entrance, steps or lifts, arrival window and internal review contact. Share the venue's actual answers with Edmund before treating any proposed activity as confirmed.

Use the local guide that matches your venue.

Manhasset, Port Washington, Great Neck and Kings Point already have their own locality guides. Use the one closest to your planning question, then bring the actual room, guest estimate and timing to the inquiry. A locality guide does not mean a venue has approved an appearance.

For a school inquiry, include the adult program lead, age range and how groups would observe. For a private celebration, describe the occasion and where this appearance fits among the other activities. Each needs its own review rather than a standard package assumed from a town name.

North Hempstead event questions

Should we use the Town name or our village in the inquiry?

Include both if known, and always provide the exact venue address. The property and responsible operator matter more than a broad area label.

Can Ted be part of a product or dealership event?

You can submit that event idea. Describe the audience, product story, proposed appearance and human representative who continues the presentation. Activities and venue suitability need individual review.

Do you have separate guides for local communities?

Yes. The links above lead to existing Manhasset, Port Washington, Great Neck and Kings Point guides. Your date and specific venue are still individually reviewed.

What if we have not selected a room?

Send the venue shortlist, date options, audience estimate and event purpose. Include what you already know about access and who can obtain the remaining venue answers.
