Class group: one shared question
Choose a grade band and a question the whole group can consider. Plan where students will observe and how the teacher will collect questions. Tell us if the room is shared or has a fixed desk layout.

Operator-led robot demonstrations for Nassau County schools
Give students a real reason to look up and ask questions. EZ Robot Rentals brings, operates and demonstrates Ted, our Unitree R1 EDU humanoid robot, at your Nassau County school. Turn a STEM day, PTA enrichment idea or after-school club meeting into a visit with something extraordinary to observe.

Start with one question your students can explore: what makes a machine a robot, why choose a human-shaped design, or what would a useful robot need to do? We discuss the audience and demonstration with your adult organizer. Your teachers decide how the visit fits what students are learning. Ted provides the real-world starting point; the conversation can continue long after the visit.
See. Ask. Imagine.
Choose a grade band and a question the whole group can consider. Plan where students will observe and how the teacher will collect questions. Tell us if the room is shared or has a fixed desk layout.
List each group separately, including arrival, demonstration and transition windows. Leave the timetable provisional until we agree the operated activities and reset arrangements.
Let a club bring its own design challenge. Students might sketch a robot for a school task, explain a choice and compare their ideas after observing Ted. Staff remain with their group.
Pick the grade band, one teaching question and a follow-up students can explain in their own words. You retain the curriculum decisions.
Identify the school staff sponsor and approval contact before announcing a date. Send your available date options and a realistic audience plan.
Tell us whether this is one classroom, several school groups or a family event. A single headcount does not describe all three.
Your practical planning tool
Copy these prompts into your planning notes, then include the answers in the inquiry. Send adult organizer details only.
Operator-led. Planned with you.
Use the inquiry form and add “Nassau school robot visit” in the notes with your visit brief. We work through the viewing area, activities, schedule and quote with you before confirming a booking. Teachers and school staff supervise their students throughout. The visit is an operated demonstration, not a student-controlled robot rental.
Planning at a school in Great Neck, Garden City, Jericho, Syosset, Woodmere or Lawrence? Give us the actual school location and the person coordinating the visit. Nassau has separate districts and school procedures; we plan with your host rather than assume one countywide process. EZ Robot Rentals is an independent service. Towns and educational resources here do not imply a district relationship or endorsement.
Before your visit
Yes. An adult PTA or parent-group organizer can inquire. Include the school staff sponsor and approval process so the proposed visit can be reviewed before a date or activities are confirmed.
Tell us the number of groups and your proposed timetable. We will discuss whether rotations fit the venue and agreed demonstration. Multiple sessions and a particular visit length are not automatic inclusions.
EZ Robot Rentals operates Ted. Students observe and join the agreed discussion. This offering does not include student operation, coding access or a curriculum package.
We are an independent business. This page does not claim BOCES affiliation, aid eligibility or district vendor approval. Share your institution’s requirements for review.
Tell us which Nassau school, who will be watching and what you want them to wonder about. We will help you explore a clear plan for Ted’s visit.
