Southold · A North Fork event brief with purpose

Give your Southold event a new conversation starter.

Ted is our Unitree R1 EDU humanoid robot, brought and operated by EZ Robot Rentals. For a North Fork company gathering, private celebration or school inquiry, start with the event you want to create. Edmund reviews your actual venue and proposed appearance individually.

EZ Robot Rentals brings and operates Ted. Edmund reviews your date, venue suitability, proposed activities and quote individually. An inquiry is not a booking.

Ask the venue which event use it can actually consider.

Southold's Town Clerk lists separate application routes involving Town property or roads and public events at wineries or farms. Those categories do not mean every property accepts an outside supplier or that every private event needs the same process.

Tell Edmund the exact venue and the operator who can confirm event use. If a public road, Town property or a public-facing farm or winery program is involved, ask the relevant office and operator which review applies. Do not infer permission from a venue category or a rental inquiry.

Separate setup, guest arrival and the proposed appearance.

A useful North Fork event brief shows when suppliers arrive, when guests enter and where the proposed appearance sits in the program. Include the agreed supplier entrance, actual event area and adult contact who can answer property questions. Ask the venue about any alternative space rather than assuming outdoor conditions are suitable.

For a corporate or dealership launch, your human host introduces the occasion and your own staff explain the product. For a private party, tell Edmund how this moment connects with the rest of the celebration. Specific robot activities are not confirmed by the event concept alone.

Give school and camp inquiries their own observation goal.

For an educator or camp organizer, share ages, group sizes and what the adult leader wants the group to notice or discuss. Explain the room, timing and whether groups would rotate. An educator-led observation is a planning starting point, not a promised curriculum or autonomous teaching service.

Send date options, the exact property and known operator requirements with the program brief. Venue suitability, activities, availability and the complete quote are individually reviewed before a booking decision.

Southold venue and program questions

Can any farm or winery host a robot event?

This page makes no such claim. The property operator must confirm whether it can consider your proposed use and supplier, and the actual appearance needs separate review with Edmund.

Does the Town application list mean our event is approved?

No. A listed application route is information, not an approval. Confirm the correct route and outcome with the responsible office and property operator.

Can a company or dealership request a launch appearance?

Yes. Share the event purpose, audience, exact venue, human host and proposed running order. Your own specialists remain responsible for the product explanation.

What should a school inquiry include?

Provide the adult program lead, ages, group sizes, room, date options and observation goal. The proposed format and activities are reviewed individually.

Bring the actual North Fork plan to the conversation.
