ROBOT RENTALSLONG ISLAND · MEET TED

Brookhaven · Schools, teams and event hosts

Give your Brookhaven program something new to observe.

Start with the question you want guests to discuss. Ted, our Unitree R1 EDU humanoid robot, can be the subject of a proposed school observation program, company gathering or private celebration. Bring Edmund a focused idea and the real event setting so the appearance can be reviewed on its own merits.

EZ Robot Rentals brings and operates Ted. Edmund reviews your date, venue suitability, proposed activities and quote individually. An inquiry is not a booking.

For schools and camps, begin with the adult-led program.

A useful school inquiry describes the observation goal before the activity list. What should the group notice about a humanoid robot? Who introduces the visit, leads the discussion and moves students into the next activity? Share the age bands, expected group sizes and available time with Edmund.

A whole-group assembly and a rotating camp session create different guest-flow questions. Explain the proposed format, room and adult coordination. Specific demonstrations are agreed individually; this is not a promise of autonomous teaching, student interaction or a particular technical performance.

Separate the event idea from the event's approval route.

The Town of Brookhaven publishes an amusement and event application with questions about the organizer, event category and site. That does not establish that every private robot appearance uses the same application. Ask your venue and the Town Clerk which classification, if any, applies to your actual program.

If the event is public-facing, identify the responsible organizer and property operator early. Share the proposed site and program rather than assuming a school, camp, business or community group can use the same approval route. The rental inquiry and any event permission remain separate decisions.

Give a company open house a clear handoff.

A workplace open house or technology day needs a host who connects the appearance to the company's own agenda. Decide whether the proposed moment welcomes guests, introduces a human speaker or leads into a product discussion. Your staff remain responsible for their presentations and product explanations.

Send the exact venue, supplier entrance, setup window and contact who can approve the space. For a family celebration, share the occasion and the rest of the running order instead. Edmund will review the requested appearance, activities and quote for the event you describe.

Brookhaven host and program questions

Is this a ready-made STEM lesson?

No standard lesson or curriculum outcome is promised. An adult educator can propose an observation goal and discussion; Edmund reviews the actual appearance and activities individually.

Can we plan rotating school or camp groups?

Describe the age bands, expected group sizes, rotation timing, room and adult leads in your inquiry. That information supports a useful suitability discussion; it does not confirm the format in advance.

Does a company event automatically need the Town application?

This page does not determine permit applicability. Ask the property operator and relevant Town office how they classify your event, and share their requirements with Edmund.

What does a first inquiry need?

Send the date or options, exact venue, audience, program purpose, proposed timing and adult organizer. Add any known site or approval requirements rather than guessing.

Turn the idea into a focused event brief.

Tell Edmund what your Brookhaven audience will be doing before and after the proposed Ted appearance. Include the date, venue and adult program lead. Suitability, activities, availability and the complete quote are reviewed individually.
