Islip · Product launches and community programs
Make your Islip launch memorable. Keep the product the headline.
A dealership reveal, company open house or school program needs a reason for Ted to be there. Meet our Unitree R1 EDU humanoid robot and bring Edmund the moment you have in mind. Start with your audience and event purpose, then review the actual venue and proposed appearance.
EZ Robot Rentals brings and operates Ted. Edmund reviews your date, venue suitability, proposed activities and quote individually. An inquiry is not a booking.

Watch Ted in action
Plan the reveal and the human product demonstration separately.
For a dealership or product launch, outline the running order: guests arrive, your host introduces the occasion, the reveal happens, and your own specialist continues the product conversation. Describe where you imagine Ted within that sequence. Do not build the brief around unconfirmed robot actions or the robot explaining your product.
Ask the venue to identify the proposed guest area, vehicle or service movement, supplier entrance and staff contact. A showroom display, working service area and private event room present different questions. Edmund reviews the actual plan rather than treating all dealership spaces as interchangeable.
Town facility planning has more than one route.
Islip's Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs department separates parks, recreation centers and cultural or special-event functions. Its facility-use information is distinct from an event inquiry with EZ Robot Rentals. Identify the exact hall, park or other property and the office or operator responsible for it.
For a Town facility, ask which facility approval and event review steps apply. For a privately operated venue, obtain that operator's requirements. A request for Ted does not reserve a room, authorize an outside supplier or confirm an event permit. Before planning a Town facility appearance, ask the operator how its restrictions on mechanized amusement equipment apply to the proposed robot visit.
Choose a different brief for a school or family event.
A school visit starts with the adult program lead, age bands and an observation or discussion goal. Include the room, group sizes and how arrival and departure fit the timetable. Proposed demonstrations and suitability need individual confirmation; no autonomous classroom role is promised.
A private celebration starts with the occasion and the rest of the program. Explain whether the proposed appearance introduces a shared activity, creates an observation moment or leads into your human host's next announcement. This gives Edmund context for a practical conversation.
Islip launch and event questions
Can a car dealership submit an event idea?
Yes. Share the launch purpose, proposed date, audience, exact venue and human host. Include the proposed guest area and any vehicle or service movement so the venue discussion is specific.
Will Ted demonstrate or explain our new product?
Do not assume that. Your own specialists lead product explanations and demonstrations. Describe your proposed Ted appearance and Edmund will review the requested activities individually.
Does an inquiry include a Town hall or park reservation?
No. The responsible facility operator handles use of the space and any applicable review. Those permissions are separate from a robot rental inquiry.
Can a school or camp use this inquiry route?
Yes. Include the adult coordinator, ages, group sizes, room, date and observation goal. The event's suitability and actual activities are confirmed individually.
Bring your launch or program into focus.
Send Edmund your Islip venue, date options, audience and the moment you want to plan. He will review the appearance, activities, suitability, availability and quote individually. An inquiry is the start of that conversation.
