Riverhead · Build the moment around your purpose
Make your Riverhead reveal part of a better running order.
Your product, team or celebration should remain the headline. Meet Ted, our Unitree R1 EDU humanoid robot, and discuss where a proposed appearance could fit in your Riverhead event. Begin with the guest experience and the human host who carries the story forward.
EZ Robot Rentals brings and operates Ted. Edmund reviews your date, venue suitability, proposed activities and quote individually. An inquiry is not a booking.

Watch Ted in action
Write the arrival, reveal and product handoff as separate moments.
For a dealership event or new product introduction, outline what guests see when they arrive, who welcomes them and when your own specialist begins the demonstration. Describe the proposed Ted appearance within that sequence. Do not assume the robot will speak for your brand, operate a product or carry out a reveal action.
Give your producer one clear point of responsibility for the running order. Include the proposed appearance area and how guests reach the next part of the event. An event idea becomes easier to assess when the transitions are as clear as the headline.
Public-property permission is separate from the rental discussion.
Riverhead's special-event information addresses the event site, purpose and organizer; use of Town property may involve a separate property agreement. That does not establish one approval process for every company room or private celebration.
Identify the actual property owner and ask the relevant operator or Town office which event and site permissions apply. Share the proposed layout, organizer and known venue requirements with Edmund. An inquiry does not reserve public space or establish that a particular use is approved.
Use a different goal for a school or family occasion.
For a school or camp, start with the adult-led observation and discussion you want to support. Provide the age range, group sizes, room and program time. The proposed demonstration and format need individual review rather than an assumed classroom package.
For a milestone party or company celebration, explain what the human host introduces and what follows. Send the date or options, exact venue and audience estimate so Edmund can review the location and requested appearance together.
Riverhead event questions
Can a dealership or corporate producer inquire?
Yes. Describe the event purpose, date, venue, audience and proposed moment for Ted. Your own staff lead product demonstrations and brand explanations.
Does the quote include permission to use Town property?
No. Property use and any event approvals are separate matters handled with the responsible operator and relevant Town office.
Can Ted perform a specific reveal action?
Do not assume a particular action. Include the idea in your brief so Edmund can review the requested activity, venue suitability and operational requirements individually.
What if this is a school or family event instead?
State the actual audience and purpose. For schools include ages, groups and adult coordination; for a private celebration include the occasion and running order.
Keep your event story clear from the start.
Send Edmund the Riverhead venue, date or options, audience and proposed running order. The appearance, activities, suitability, availability and complete quote are individually confirmed.
